1. Olivia Wilde vs 16. Adrienne Palicki

Olivia Wilde has really become the new "it" girl. She is recognized on tv as well as in the movies and is married to a prince. But it was tv and the OC where she really caught everyones eye and Mischa Barton’s tongue. She is a very natural beauty with very natural curves. She also has played a lesbian twice so that gets her our TV #1 seed. Adrienne Palicki is the blonde counterpart to Minka Kelly from Friday Night Lights. She has been in Smallville and is starting to get more famous with movie deals, like total guy movie Red Dawn (remake) As for now though, she is considered a tv hottie and we are happy to have her.

2. Julianne Hough vs 15. Amanda Rhigetti

Hough racks up a top bid because she broke out on DWTS, a show that men and women both watched, therefore making her quite famous since the show is on a major network. She also broke into country music and did the juicy fruit commercial. Ask any guy and they know her cause she's hot and blonde, ask any women and they know her cause she was on a dancing show. Her beauty, exposure, dual incomes (dancing and singing) and unisex appeal makes her a very solid #2 seed. Amanda has been in a few things, but wouldn't be considered mainstream. She is really pretty and has just broke back into the scene in The Mentalist. Until she carries something a little more on her own, she get's a low seed here.

3. Maria Menounos vs 14. Audrina Patridge

Maria has it all except for the leading lady feature. She has been on tv, movies, commercials. She seems really cool so her "it" girl rating is pretty high. She might be the hottest entertainment reporter today and I'm sure her bank account is looking almost as good as the cute little face she has. Audrina is good to look at (boobs), not very talented (boobs), but has a lot of exposure in magazines and on the internet (more boobs). Plus she posed nude when she was young, trusting and needed the money. That’s all kinds of bonus boobs right there.

4. Emmanuelle Chirqui vs 13. Olivia Munn

Emmanuelle has also been a dual threat on tv and in the movies. Her exotic look is pure hotness with the body, the skin tone and the face. She has dabbled in movies with more to come, but it was her turn as E’s “way too hot for a troll” girlfriend Sloan on Entourage, that put Emmanuelle on the map and a rise in most guys pants. Munn just doesn't have the real exposure, but she is smoking hot and does a lot of modeling. Unless you have G4, you may not even know who she is. Maybe someday she will break out of the low seeds and challenge for a higher seed.

5. Hayden Pantierre vs 12. Yvonne Strahovski

Hayden would probably be considered the "it" girl for 2006 or 2007 with the breakout of Heroes. With her commercial deals and the fame of Heroes, she has total exposure and a nice bank account. She still has some baby fat, so her hotness scale is down just a tad, but I'm sure soon she will by vying for a #1 seed very soon. Unless you've seen Chuck you probably have no idea who Yvonne is, but I think that will change in a very short time. She is hot and she's got a very sexy Australian accent. If she were more exposed with a bigger paycheck she would easily be in the Top 5 of our list. As for now, she’s a hot, Australian on an underrated show.

6. Leighton Meester vs 11. Summer Glau

Leighton is gorgeous and is on a top rated show….for chicks. Other than Blake Lively (see Movie Babes) she's the breakout star and is starting to get more press (possible sex tape) than most of her other costars that aren't dudes. Even if you've never watched Gossip Girl, you probably know who she is and that gives her a very high "it" factor in our book. Summer is here for the geeks out there. From Serenity to the Terminator tv show, Summer is definitely FOXy. She's got the looks, a nice bank account and a unique name that could be mistaken for douche. Even still, she might be a surprise at #11, but her acting chops elevate her above all other lower seeds.

7. Minka Kelly vs 10. January Jones

Minka, Minka. So hot. So soft. Want to touch.... Uh...anyway, if it weren't for Friday Night Lights, would you even be out there? Minka has the girl next door looks (big points) and caught our attention as a hot cheerleader on FNL (more points) The show is still going so her bank account should be strong, but she needs to do more to crack into a higher seed. Maybe a sex tape? January Jones had everyone wondering "who was that hot blonde" in the last, thankfully so, American Pie movie and had an awesome cameo in Love Actually. She is in award winning Mad Men, which gives her our tv consideration over movies. She's blonde, gorgeous, has money and is on a highly rated cable show. With a name like January Jones she should be in porn, but for our chaffing sake, we are okay with her being on cable.

8. Sophia Bush vs 9. Jill Wagner

Sophia is gorgeous with a sexy, sultry voice. She has flipped back and forth between movies and tv, but her role on One Tree Hill is really where she made her mark. Most guys won't admit watching it, but they might admit to flipping through the channels and checking her out for a few minutes. The show has been on for awhile and she's had some movie deals so I'm assuming her bank account is healthy. The 9 seeds are always tough on those 8 seeds and Jill Wagner is no exception. Drop dead gorgeous, “The Mercury Girl” is definitely one of the main reasons to tune into crappy shows like Wipeout. She had a brief stint as a character on Blade: The Series (can’t believe that didn’t work) but for now she’s pretty content with being beautiful and is ready to eat up some Bush.
